dayli.space is a personal task management app. We believe your tasks are your business, not ours. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
1. What We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:
- Account data: Your email address and password (hashed) to authenticate you.
- Task data: The tasks, folders, and workflows you create. This is the core of what dayli.space stores for you.
- Usage data: Basic analytics like when you last logged in. We don't track your clicks or behavior patterns.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Provide and maintain the dayli.space service
- Sync your tasks across devices
- Authenticate your account
We don't: Sell your data, show you ads, or use your tasks for any purpose other than showing them back to you.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. We don't store your password in plain text—only a secure hash.
4. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a task, it goes to your archive first, then is permanently removed when you delete it from there. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed.
5. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: All your data is visible to you in the app.
- Delete: You can delete any task, folder, or your entire account at any time.
- Export: You can view and copy your data directly from the app.
6. Third Parties
We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and Vercel for hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies. We don't share your data with anyone else.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. For major changes, we may notify you through the app.
