Improved Task Modal Layout

We've repositioned the description field in the task creation modal. Now, the "Description" field (formerly "Notes") appears directly below the title. This change creates a more natural flow, allowing you to quickly add context to your tasks right after naming them. We believe this small tweak will significantly improve your overall user experience.
